Robert Graves Books
This collection of c. 450 items published by and about Robert Graves (1895-1985), was selected by Dr John Pinsent of the University of Liverpool, and arranged according to the Higginson bibliography.
The collection, which includes the original dust jackets, holds many illustrated editions, the rare early pamphlets Over the Brazier (1916) and Fairies and Fusiliers (1917), and signed, limited editions including the 1931 Seizin Press To whom else? and the 1923 Hogarth Press edition of The feather bed.
As a whole, the Robert Graves collection forms a representative selection of the publishing history of Graves's work in his lifetime.
